The Algaeo Manual Module is a turnkey live algae production system designed for farmers, educators, and researchers seeking to produce their own high-quality microalgae cultures. The kit includes a 55-gallon drum, 275-gallon IBC tote, aquatic pump and hose, starter culture with 3 microalgae strains (*Chlorella vulgaris*, *Scenedesmus*, *Nannochloropsis*), an aerator pump, aquatic light, and an electronic timer. This system enables continuous, sustainable production of nutrient-rich biofertilizer and biostimulant for on-site use. **Operation Instructions:** Fill the culture vessel with clean water and inoculate with the included starter culture. Maintain aeration and lighting 12–16 hours per day. Harvest 10–20% of culture weekly and replenish with fresh water and nutrients. **Application Rate:** Apply 1–2 gallons of harvested culture per acre every 2–3 weeks as a foliar spray or soil drench. **Storage & Handling:** Keep starter cultures refrigerated until use.
